Wave propagation phenomena are ubiquitous in nature. Our research groups investigate the long-term behavior of the underlying evolution equations, often also for related finite-dimensional dynamical systems. A particular focus of our work is on non-linear dispersive and hyperbolic partial differential equations as well as on kinetic equations.
